Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited uses of HappyPixel. Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Prohibited Content

1.1 Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for content involving minors.

You may NOT create or attempt to create:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
  • Content sexualizing minors in any way
  • Age-progressed or age-regressed sexual content
  • Content exploiting or endangering children

Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

1.2 Violence and Gore

You may NOT create:

  • Graphic violence or extreme cruelty
  • Gore, dismemberment, or mutilation
  • Realistic depictions of death or suffering
  • Content promoting violence against people or animals
  • Terrorism or violent extremism

1.3 Hate Speech

You may NOT create content that:

  • Promotes hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability
  • Depicts hate symbols (swastikas, KKK imagery, etc.)
  • Dehumanizes or demonizes protected groups
  • Promotes discrimination or segregation

1.4 Sexual Content

You may NOT create:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Pornographic material
  • Sexual acts or genitalia
  • Sexually suggestive content involving real people without consent

1.5 Harassment and Bullying

You may NOT create content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals
  • Shares private information without consent (doxxing)
  • Targets individuals for mockery or humiliation
  • Encourages others to harass someone

1.6 Self-Harm

You may NOT create content that:

  • Promotes suicide or self-harm
  • Provides instructions for self-injury
  • Glorifies eating disorders
  • Encourages dangerous behaviors

2. Fraudulent and Deceptive Uses

2.1 Deepfakes and Impersonation

You may NOT create:

  • Deepfakes of real people without their explicit consent
  • Content impersonating real individuals
  • Fake identification documents
  • Misleading political content
  • Deceptive product endorsements

2.2 Fraud and Scams

You may NOT use HappyPixel to:

  • Create content for phishing or scams
  • Generate fake reviews or testimonials
  • Produce misleading financial advice
  • Create fake news or misinformation

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Copyright Infringement

You may NOT create:

  • Copies or derivatives of copyrighted works
  • Characters from copyrighted media without permission
  • Artwork in the style of living artists without consent
  • Content that infringes on others' intellectual property

3.2 Trademark Infringement

You may NOT create content that:

  • Uses company logos or trademarks without permission
  • Misrepresents affiliation with brands
  • Creates confusion about product origin

4. Platform Abuse

4.1 Technical Abuse

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to bypass content filters or moderation
  • Use automated systems to generate excessive content
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute Service access
  • Reverse engineer or extract our AI models
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models

4.2 Spam and Abuse

You may NOT:

  • Generate spam content
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests

5. Illegal Activities

You may NOT use HappyPixel to:

  • Create content that violates any applicable laws
  • Facilitate illegal activities
  • Produce content for illegal purposes
  • Generate content that aids in committing crimes

6. Enforcement

6.1 Automated Moderation

We use AI and keyword filtering to automatically block prohibited content before it is generated. Rejected prompts are logged for review.

6.2 User Reporting

Users can report content that violates this policy. Content with multiple reports may be automatically hidden pending review.

6.3 Manual Review

Our moderation team reviews:

  • Blocked prompts with repeated attempts
  • User reports of generated content
  • Suspicious account activity
  • Potential policy violations

6.4 Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • First offense: Warning and content removal
  • Second offense: Temporary account suspension
  • Third offense: Permanent account termination
  • Severe violations: Immediate termination and law enforcement notification

7. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or content was removed in error:

  1. Email appeals@happypixel.ai
  2. Include your account email and reason for appeal
  3. We will review within 5 business days
  4. Our decision after review is final

8. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates this policy:

  • Use the "Report" button on the content
  • Email abuse@happypixel.ai
  • Provide content link and reason for report

For illegal content (especially CSAM):

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to:

  • Address new types of abuse
  • Comply with legal requirements
  • Improve platform safety

Material changes will be announced via email and platform notification.
