This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for credit packs and subscriptions on HappyPixel.
1. Credit Packs
1.1 Non-Refundable
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:
- Starter Pack ($10 - 500 credits)
- Basic Pack ($25 - 1,250 credits)
- Plus Pack ($50 - 2,500 credits)
- Pro Pack ($100 - 5,000 credits)
- Premium Pack ($250 - 12,500 credits)
1.2 Why Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits never expire and can be used anytime. Once purchased, they provide immediate value and access to our AI services. The digital nature of our service means credits cannot be "returned" once added to your account.
1.3 Unused Credits
Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. There is no expiration date, so you can use them whenever you're ready.
2. Subscriptions
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
We offer two subscription tiers:
- Pro: $29/month (350 credits/month)
- Creator: $79/month (1,200 credits/month)
2.2 Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. This means:
- No refunds for partial months
- No pro-rated refunds if you cancel mid-month
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
2.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancel through your account settings
- Cancel through the Stripe billing portal

When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent months
- Unused subscription credits expire at period end
- Purchased credit pack credits remain available
3. Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
3.1 Service Failures
- Extended service outages (24+ hours)
- Technical failures preventing credit use
- Confirmed platform bugs that caused credit loss
3.2 Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect amounts charged
- Unauthorized transactions
3.3 Fraudulent Activity
- Account compromised by unauthorized user
- Charges made without your knowledge
- Credit card theft or fraud
3.4 Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds for:
- Exceptional circumstances
- First-time users who are unsatisfied
- Goodwill gestures
4. Requesting a Refund
4.1 How to Request
To request a refund for an exceptional circumstance:

- Provide transaction ID (from Stripe receipt)
- Explain the reason for your request
4.2 Review Process
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- We may request additional information

- Our decision is final
4.3 Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund
5. Chargebacks
5.1 Chargeback Policy
Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us. Chargebacks harm small businesses and may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of all credits
- Ban from future use of the Service
- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs
